“Out and Allies,” is a contact list of employees who are members of the LGBTQ+ community or allies at 皇冠体育.
The purpose of “Out and Allies” is to promote an inclusive, welcoming campus for all members of our community. By being out and proud, the visibility of the participants on this list affirms the presence of the LGBTQ+ community at Metropolitan Community College.
This visibility will grow our LGBTQ+ support network and create opportunities to offer and receive support and mentorship from other community members. We recognize that some employees may not wish to join “Out and Allies” because it may not feel safe to be out in this way. We affirm your other efforts to support our community, and we encourage you to contact us and help us grow our network in other ways!
