4. Click on the tab that says Transcript: Official
5. Click Credit-Official Batch in the checkbox
6. Make sure Immediate Processing is selected in the next drop-down box

8. Next, choose to send to your address we have on file or a school of your choosing
   1. If you choose to send to a school, only use the first four letters of the full name

4. In the To-Do List box, you will find anything required to be completed for you to receive your Financial Aid

6. Then on the new page, click on the individual items for instructions.

2. On the lower-left corner, click Manage Passwords.
3. A new browser tab/window will open. Click Change password.
4. Enter your current password.
5. Follow the guidelines on the page by entering and confirming a new password. The new password must be at least 11 characters long, contain at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and cannot contain three consecutive letters of either your first name or your last name. Click OK.
6. Close that tab/window.
7. Wait up to 20 minutes for the new password to sync to other systems.

Never share your password with anyone, and make sure that you log out of your portal altogether when leaving your computer.
